1 每(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)檢查保(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)制(zhi) 每(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)檢查保(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)制(zhi):要求維修保(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)人員(yuan),每(mei)(mei)日(ri)(ri)對電(dian)(dian)梯的(de)(de)使用和運(yun)(yun)行(xing)情況(kuang),向電(dian)(dian)梯司機認真詢問是否(fou)有(you)問題,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)親(qin)自考察(cha)一下,對檢查后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)各部(bu)位(wei)情況(kuang)作好(hao)日(ri)(ri)記(ji)錄。 保(bao)(bao)養(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)重(zhong)點部(bu)位(wei):應放在(zai)電(dian)(dian)梯運(yun)(yun)行(xing)動作的(de)(de)正確(que)性,放在(zai)電(dian)(dian)梯運(yun)(yun)行(xing)速度的(de)(de)穩定性上。如發現有(you)問題就及時解決(jue),確(que)保(bao)(bao)電(dian)(dian)梯運(yun)(yun)行(xing)不帶故(gu)障地(di)安全使用。
每日檢查(cha)制工作的具體(ti)部位情況如(ru)下(xia):
1.1 在電梯運行動作正確性方面就檢查(cha)下(xia)列(lie)項(xiang)目
(1)轎(jiao)(jiao)內(nei)(nei)操縱面板上各開關(guan)、按鈕(niu)、信(xin)號指示(shi)是(shi)否正確; (2)廳外(wai)層站召喚、層樓(lou)顯示(shi)是(shi)否正確; (3)轎(jiao)(jiao)廂停(ting)層平面位置是(shi)否準(zhun)確; (4)控制屏接(jie)受(shou)指令和控制實際(ji)運行動作是(shi)否協調(diao)一致(zhi); (5)轎(jiao)(jiao)內(nei)(nei)實際(ji)負(fu)載和轎(jiao)(jiao)內(nei)(nei)額定負(fu)載是(shi)否一致(zhi)。
1.2 在電梯運行(xing)速度(du)的穩定(ding)性方面(mian)應作下(xia)述檢(jian)查
(1)自動(dong)門機在開(kai)門、關(guan)門全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的速(su)度(du)(du),應(ying)正(zheng)(zheng)常穩定(ding); (2)曳(ye)引機的快車和(he)慢(man)車速(su)度(du)(du),應(ying)正(zheng)(zheng)常穩定(ding); (3)曳(ye)引電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的快車和(he)慢(man)車速(su)度(du)(du)應(ying)正(zheng)(zheng)常穩定(ding); (4)限速(su)器裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的轉(zhuan)動(dong)輪和(he)轎廂運(yun)行(xing)速(su)度(du)(du)應(ying)一(yi)致; (5)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)在全(quan)(quan)速(su)運(yun)行(xing)時,快速(su)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成慢(man)速(su)時,起動(dong)運(yun)行(xing)和(he)停止運(yun)行(xing)時,轎廂內要有安全(quan)(quan)、平穩、舒適的感(gan)覺; (6)電(dian)(dian)梯(ti)的檢(jian)修點(dian)動(dong)短程(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)應(ying)穩定(ding)正(zheng)(zheng)常。 這些是每日保養(yang)檢(jian)查(cha)制的重點(dian)和(he)具體部位。
2 每周(zhou)檢(jian)查保(bao)養(yang)制 每周(zhou)保(bao)養(yang)制的重點(dian):要求保(bao)養(yang)人員每周(zhou)對電(dian)梯(ti)(ti)的運(yun)(yun)行安全(quan)裝置(zhi)的可靠性和電(dian)梯(ti)(ti)運(yun)(yun)轉零部件的靈活性方面,進(jin)行檢(jian)查,確保(bao)電(dian)梯(ti)(ti)安全(quan)運(yun)(yun)行以及(ji)運(yun)(yun)轉正(zheng)常。

3 每月(yue)檢(jian)查保養(yang)(yang)制(zhi) 每月(yue)檢(jian)查保養(yang)(yang)制(zhi):電梯維修保養(yang)(yang)人員保養(yang)(yang)時的重點,每月(yue)應1至2次,認真檢(jian)查容易松動(dong)部位(wei)的牢(lao)固性和容易磨損(sun)部位(wei)的完整(zheng)性,使整(zheng)臺電梯的整(zheng)個結構,處在(zai)完整(zheng)、無損(sun)、緊密牢(lao)固的良(liang)好(hao)狀態。

3.1 電梯緊固部位牢固性的檢查
(1)廳門(men)(men)門(men)(men)框結(jie)構的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing);(2)轎廂結(jie)構的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing);(3)廳門(men)(men)、轎門(men)(men)門(men)(men)滑輪軸的(de)緊(jin)定螺(luo)釘;(4)導軌(gui)壓(ya)板螺(luo)栓(shuan)連(lian)接的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing);(5)導軌(gui)支(zhi)架的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing),(在預埋或焊接處不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)松(song)動); (6)曳引繩(sheng)(sheng)繩(sheng)(sheng)頭(tou)裝(zhuang)置的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing);(7)限速繩(sheng)(sheng)頭(tou)的(de)繩(sheng)(sheng)夾牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)性(xing)(xing)(xing);(8)平衡(heng)補償(chang)鏈掛鉤(gou)處和拼接連(lian)接地方的(de)牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)程(cheng)度,不(bu)(bu)得低于補償(chang)鏈本身;(9)客梯(ti)廳門(men)(men),采用重(zhong)錘(chui)自關門(men)(men)裝(zhuang)置時,其(qi)掛鉤(gou)連(lian)接強度不(bu)(bu)低于重(zhong)錘(chui);(10)曳引機底座螺(luo)釘及制動器(qi)調整螺(luo)栓(shuan),不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)松(song)動;(11)控制屏上各電氣緊(jin)定螺(luo)釘,不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)松(song)動;(12)磁性(xing)(xing)(xing)感應(ying)(ying)(ying)器(qi)裝(zhuang)置應(ying)(ying)(ying)作用正確,結(jie)構牢(lao)(lao)(lao)固(gu)。
3.2 電梯的(de)滑移滾動磨損部(bu)位完整性的(de)檢(jian)查(cha)
(1)轎門(men)、廳(ting)門(men)門(men)扇(shan)(shan)上部(bu)(bu)滾(gun)動(dong)輪外圓磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)不大(da)于4mm; (2)轎門(men)、廳(ting)門(men)門(men)扇(shan)(shan)下部(bu)(bu)滑動(dong)塊磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)量(liang)不大(da)于1/3mm; (3)轎廂(xiang)或(huo)(huo)對重導靴的(de)靴襯(chen)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)量(liang)不大(da)于2mm; (4)曳引機(ji)制動(dong)閘瓦(wa)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)量(liang)不大(da)于1/4mm; (5)控制屏或(huo)(huo)選(xuan)層(ceng)器(qi)(qi)上各接(jie)(jie)觸片、接(jie)(jie)觸點(dian),應(ying)保持(chi)通電(dian)率良(liang)好(hao)穩定(ding); (6)電(dian)機(ji)軸(zhou)承磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)量(liang)偏差不超(chao)(chao)過0.2mm; (7)曳引鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)量(liang)確(que)定(ding)標(biao)準,一般在軋(ya)傷斷(duan)絲(si)16根以上,斷(duan)股1~2股或(huo)(huo)單絲(si)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)40%時(shi)(shi),應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)新(xin)繩(sheng); (8)選(xuan)層(ceng)器(qi)(qi)鋼(gang)帶如發現(xian)有裂紋(wen),應(ying)立即更(geng)(geng)(geng)新(xin)鋼(gang)帶; (9)限速器(qi)(qi)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)后的(de)更(geng)(geng)(geng)新(xin)繩(sheng)須符合曳引鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)的(de)要求; (10)電(dian)機(ji)炭(tan)刷(shua)必(bi)(bi)須與光潔的(de)換(huan)(huan)向器(qi)(qi)工作表面全部(bu)(bu)良(liang)好(hao)接(jie)(jie)觸,更(geng)(geng)(geng)新(xin)炭(tan)刷(shua)后,必(bi)(bi)須用(yong)輕負載(zai)加在換(huan)(huan)向器(qi)(qi)上運(yun)轉,直到表面光滑為(wei)止; (11)曳引輪輪槽(cao)與曳引繩(sheng)之(zhi)間(jian)不應(ying)滑移,如輪槽(cao)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)較大(da),應(ying)及(ji)時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)或(huo)(huo)修正; (12)限速輪輪槽(cao)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)打滑時(shi)(shi),應(ying)立即更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)或(huo)(huo)修正; (13)門(men)機(ji)皮帶傳動(dong)緩慢或(huo)(huo)打滑,應(ying)立即更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan)或(huo)(huo)把漲(zhang)力調(diao)整至(zhi)適當程度; (14)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)熔(rong)(rong)芯,應(ying)備好(hao)相適應(ying)的(de)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)絲(si),便(bian)于及(ji)時(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)換(huan)(huan); (15)硒整流器(qi)(qi)使用(yong)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)正確(que)地選(xuan)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)絲(si),以防止整流堆的(de)過負荷和(he)短路;存放(fang)超(chao)(chao)過3個(ge)月以上時(shi)(shi),應(ying)先進(jin)行“成型試驗”,先用(yong)50%額定(ding)交(jiao)流電(dian)壓15min,再加75%額定(ding)交(jiao)流電(dian)壓15min,加至(zhi)100%額定(ding)交(jiao)流電(dian)壓。
